Booking Conditions
  • You may provisionally book your holiday either by telephone or e-mail. Subject to availability, we will hold the booking for 7 days pending the receipt of your booking form and the refundable key/damage deposit of £100.00.
  • The full payment will be due 6 weeks prior to departure.
  • The booking form must be signed by a senior member of the party. The person signing accepts responsibility for the conduct of the party whilst using the property. We reserve the right to terminate your occupancy if we believe misconduct is occurring in/to the property.
  • When the booking form and all monies have been received a receipt will be issued to you.
  • We accept the booking on good faith and will make every effort to ensure that all facilities and equipment within the property are available and working. Please be aware that there are less "back-up systems" in Spain in terms of water loss, power cuts etc. than those that we are used to in England, and consequently problems can occur more frequently.
     
    Cancellation
  • If you cancel 6 weeks prior to your arrival date you will incur a 50% cancellation charge. If you cancel 6 to 12 weeks prior to arrival there will be a £50.00 charge. If you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to arrival you will incur no charge.
  • Your key/damage deposit of £100.00 will be returned to you as soon as your front door keys have been returned to us, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required.
     
    General
  • The weekly hire charge includes electricity, water, and final cleaning. Guests are expected to keep the property clean and tidy during their occupancy and ensure that all washing up/utensils are clean. It is not the responsibility for the final cleaners to do your washing up.
  • Any damage/breakages should be reported to the cleaner (by note if you do not see her) and to us upon arrival home.
     
    Insurance
  • The property has normal household contents and building insurance with an excess per claim.
  • The hirer will be responsible for the excess if a claim in needed to be made. This will be retained from the key/damage deposit.
  • Insurance does not cover china, glass, kitchenware or lost keys.
  • You are advised to take out full travel and medical insurance for all members of your party.
     
    Please Note:
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspects of your holiday that are beyond our control such as war, government action, travel delays, riots or industrial action.
